These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Affiliate Outreach Program (“AOP”) offered by Affiliate Roulette. By enrolling in the program, the participating company (“Client,” “Casino,” or “Brand”) agrees to comply with the terms outlined below.
The Affiliate Outreach Program (AOP) is a promotional and outreach service designed to increase visibility and awareness of participating casino affiliate programs within the Affiliate Roulette network.
Through this program, Affiliate Roulette promotes participating brands to verified affiliates and publishers through a combination of:
• Email outreach campaigns
• Platform visibility and featured placements
• Promotion within the Affiliate Roulette Telegram community
• Notifications to new affiliates joining the platform
• Optional personal introductions where relevant
The purpose of the program is to increase affiliate awareness and partnership opportunities between participating brands and affiliates.
Participation in AOP does not guarantee a specific number of affiliates, partnerships, or financial outcomes.
To participate in the Affiliate Outreach Program, the following requirements must be met:
• The brand must maintain an active casino listing on Affiliate Roulette.
• The listing must contain accurate and up-to-date information about the affiliate program.
• The brand must provide valid contact information for an affiliate manager or representative.
• The affiliate program must be operational and open to affiliate partnerships.
Affiliate Roulette reserves the right to deny or remove participation if a program is found to be inactive, misleading, or not suitable for the platform’s affiliate community.
Due to operational limits and quality control, the Affiliate Outreach Program is currently limited to a maximum of ten (10) participating casino brands at any given time.
This limitation allows Affiliate Roulette to maintain high-quality outreach and personalized support for participating brands.
Affiliate Roulette may expand program capacity in the future at its sole discretion.
Participation in the Affiliate Outreach Program is billed at €399 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment may be made via:
• Bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency
• Stripe (credit or debit card)
Payments are due prior to the start of each billing period. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Participation in the program requires an active casino listing on Affiliate Roulette.
Listing options currently include:
• Standard Casino Listing – €599 annually
• Full Access + Casino Listing – €757 annually
These listing fees are separate from the AOP monthly participation fee.
Affiliate Roulette will conduct outreach activities intended to increase affiliate awareness of participating brands. These activities may include but are not limited to:
• Email campaigns sent to affiliates within the Affiliate Roulette network
• Notifications to newly registered affiliates
• Promotion within the Affiliate Roulette Telegram community, including the “Featured Casinos” section
• Increased visibility across the platform
• Personal introductions to affiliates when appropriate
Outreach messaging is created by the Affiliate Roulette team based on the information provided within the brand’s casino listing profile.
Affiliate Roulette reserves editorial discretion over outreach content to ensure clarity and quality of communication.
Participation in the Affiliate Outreach Program does not guarantee:
• A specific number of affiliate signups
• A minimum number of partnerships
• Traffic, revenue, or player acquisition results
Affiliate partnerships ultimately depend on affiliate interest, program competitiveness, and market demand.
Affiliate Roulette’s role is to increase visibility and facilitate introductions, but partnership decisions remain between the brand and the affiliate.
Where appropriate, Affiliate Roulette may facilitate direct introductions between participating brands and affiliates who appear to be a strong match based on markets, traffic sources, or partnership potential.
Introductions may be conducted through communication platforms such as:
• Telegram
• Microsoft Teams
• Email introductions
Affiliate Roulette does not control the outcome of these introductions and is not responsible for any agreements or disputes between parties.
Participating brands will receive access to performance insights through their Affiliate Roulette dashboard.
These insights may include:
• Listing visibility statistics
• Engagement data
• Traffic insights
• Program activity metrics
Affiliate Roulette may also provide periodic summary reports via email outlining outreach activity and engagement levels.
Each participating casino listing includes a “Join Affiliate Program” link, where brands may add their own tracking or affiliate program URL.
Affiliate Roulette is not responsible for tracking systems, attribution accuracy, or reporting within third-party affiliate platforms.
Clients may cancel participation in the Affiliate Outreach Program by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice to Affiliate Roulette.
Notice should be submitted to the assigned account manager or through the official support contact.
Upon cancellation:
• Outreach activity will cease at the end of the notice period.
• Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.
Cancellation of the Affiliate Outreach Program does not affect the status of the casino listing.
The casino listing will remain active on Affiliate Roulette until its annual expiration date (12 months from listing publication) unless the client requests its removal.
Participating brands agree to:
• Maintain accurate and truthful program information
• Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely manner
• Operate a legitimate and functional affiliate program
• Provide correct affiliate signup links or tracking URLs
Failure to maintain these standards may result in suspension from the program.
Affiliate Roulette acts solely as a marketing and networking platform connecting affiliates and casino brands.
Affiliate Roulette shall not be liable for:
• Affiliate conduct or behavior
• Affiliate marketing practices
• Traffic quality or player activity
• Financial agreements between affiliates and brands
All partnership agreements remain solely between the participating parties.
Affiliate Roulette reserves the right to modify, expand, or adjust the Affiliate Outreach Program structure, pricing, or features as necessary.
Participants will be notified of material changes affecting their participation.
For questions regarding the Affiliate Outreach Program, participants may contact the Affiliate Roulette team through the platform’s official support channels.
Affiliate Managers can use this form to add publishers not yet in our directory, making it possible to see if the community has shared feedback about them. Listings remain “Unclaimed” until the publisher decides to verify.
