July 29, 2025 at 11:39 amFirst off, I have worked with Casino Guru for years and locked in a very low 25% RS only deal. I have no idea if this is still possible. This was at a time that I joined and did not see much traffic at all for a year or two. Slowly my players grew and with that came positive casino reviews and my site climbed their ranks. As it did, more and more traffic came. You can get a lot of monthly FTD’s from this site if you become popular and highly rated by the players.
The player value is overall good. I have retained many of these for the long term and been able to churn them. They like bonuses so your offers and CRM need to be on point to keep reeling them back. Just like AskGamblers, there are some petty players that will complain about anything, so while the overall player value can be good, there are other headaches that come with it.
The other issue with this site is the Guru team that handles player complaints and Guru’s overall guidelines they abide by. They like to feel they hold themselves to a higher standard, so just because your casino’s Terms and Conditions are clear, they may feel the player still deserves compensation for violating them. And they will knock your points and rep if you do not agree with them. And I find this attitude they have that you must abide by their guidelines is becoming more demanding, so this is just a separate headache you will have to deal with to keep a high rating and good relationship with them. Its worth it but you will be cursing out loud and wanting to strangle someone while writing a kind and professional reply to their team of reviewers.
