Robert generously shared his profound perspectives on the latest trends and effective growth strategies within the industry, providing a compelling glimpse into the future of this constantly evolving domain.

Edward: Can you tell us a bit about your background and how you got involved in the iGaming affiliate industry?

Sure, I have been working in the construction business between 1996 to 2020 so I was not in this industry at all. How I got involved in this is after I found casino streams on Twitch platform and after a while started streaming myself. So by 2020 I quit my job and started doing this full-time with streaming and started building my site.

Many affiliates face challenges when starting out. What difficulties did you encounter on your journey to success in the iGaming affiliate industry?

Oh to be honest this list can be crazy long. Don’t know where to begin. But I would say that hardest part when you are a streamer is to get good deals, not only affiliate deal also to get stream bonuses so you can stream. With the website I want to say everything haha. But somethings are the design, if I would show you how it looked when I released it you would laugh so much that you would get tears. Now there is the have internal linking, content upload, SEO optimizing etc. So the list is very long.

What aspects of being an iGaming affiliate do you enjoy the most? Are there specific elements or experiences that keep you motivated in this industry?

Having chats and meetings with new people I must say. Not one day is the same as the next. I mean just the other day I had a chat with an affiliate manager about getting listed on my website and today I’m talking with a friend about what you need to start an online casino. And this was really interesting, I mean not only the costs but how the procedure goes. This was really interesting to hear about. And tomorrow I have a meeting with another friend that is gonna try to explain SEO more, and this is not a easy task haha.

On the flip side, what aspects of the iGaming affiliate industry do you dislike or find challenging?

I would say that one of the hardest things when you are new or have a website/stream with low traffic alot of the affiliate managers dont even wanna talk to you. I have some casinos that shut me down after 1 min when showing them viewer count and said I had to get back to them when higher viewer count. The same with the website in the beginning when it was ugly and had low traffic.

Could you share some of the most common or recurring issues you face as an affiliate in the iGaming sector?

Well this brings me back abit to question 3. I have had some managers actually said to me im not worth the minutes they put into answering Skype when i show them the viewercount or trafic on the page. But the thing is 6 month later the same person reached out and wanted strong position when stream was good and website had some decent traffic.

In what ways do you think Affiliate Roulette can help affiliates overcome these challenges and streamline their operations in the industry?

I think Affiliate Roulette is a great idea collecting everyone on the same platform. I mean for me that does everthing by myself except coding and designs this is perfect. I cant even remember how many hours I have spent hunting for casinos both for the stream but also for my website. So I think people need to give other more chances if possible.

What changes or improvements would you like to see in the iGaming industry that could benefit both affiliates and operators?

I honestly think we are on the way now with the crypto currency casinos. They offer fast despoit and withdraw, player privacy, often very good loyalty programs. And just look at the games that has been released, when I started playing slots it was 5 reels and 3 rows. Look now how crazy it is, and I mean good crazy. Also the live game shows where players can interact with dealers and hosts. So for now I don’t want to see changes just more new stuff being released.

Building a strong online presence and standing out from the crowd can be challenging. Can you share your experiences and strategies for establishing your presence as an iGaming affiliate?

I dont have any specific strategies to be honest. Of course I look and have looked how other has done their things and get some ideas but other done that none. I try to build the things I have the way I want it to be, easy navigated, good design and affiliates/casinos etc I want to work with. And does it work? I think so.

Affiliate Roulette’s platform allows affiliates to gather real reviews from operators they’ve collaborated with to build trust. How do you believe this feature can enhance your negotiations and relationships with potential partners?

I think real reviews Is very important. I mean read and see how other people in the same buisness as yourself think about something that maybe interest you. I have been in the car business and I can that 1 bad review is stronger than 10 good ones. So yes I think is great.

What are your thoughts on the future of the iGaming affiliate industry? Are there any emerging trends or opportunities that excite you?

I think the industry is constantly evolving and its really exciting. I see some trends in mobile gaming. It seems to be more and more players finding their way to online gambling and gaming on their phones and tablets. Also I see big rise of crypto casinos. I think they are here to stay, i mean fast deposits and withdraws, vpn-friendly which is really nice and also mobile friendly.

Lastly, how can you see Affiliate Roulette contributing to your success as an iGaming affiliate? What do you like most about Affiliate Roulette?

I think it wil help me get in contact with possible collaborations and also bring me new contacts. This is something that is very important in this buisness, network. Also for other affiliates/streamers or anyone to maybe get in touch with me. My website is the biggest one in traffic for sure but maybe it attracts someone haha. Keep up the good work everyone!!
